Brushing, Spraying or Both!
Either method can be very effective, as long as the job is done correctly and leaves the most sealer on driveway or parking lot. We actually use both methods, and a combination, depending on the job.
If you push too hard on the brush, you can pull a lot of material with it leaving little on the asphalt. And if you move too quickly when spraying, not enough material is applied. The other issue is In either process, if the contractor adds more water to the sealer than is recommended by the manufacturer, they will have done a poor sealcoating job.
